  3. 2/3 cup sugar
  4. 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  5. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  6. 1/4 teaspoon salt
  7. 1/2 cup egg substitute
  8. 1/3 cup light corn syrup
  9. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Cooking Directions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, sugars, baking powder and salt. Add the egg substitute, corn syrup and vanilla; mix well.
  2. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 10-12 minutes. Remove to wire racks.

    I experienced a bad batch! I eventually found out what was wrong; NO BUTTER OR OIL IN THE RECIPE! Must have either or in making cookies or cakes. This is not a good one, skip it!
