The taste of wild turkeys is a deveioped taste. Depending on when you shoot them and the sex a wild turkey rosted like this will have a strong likeness to a shoe, Better to use cut-up and marinated.

I'm trying the recipe today!! Regarding the wild turkey, the taste depends very much on the diet of the flock (corn, acorns, etc.).
