  • What Betty Can Do

Or not do actually. Just don't add the celery salt, or the bouillon cube. I have not made this recipe yet, but decades of experience tells me that this recipe is workable, and by making some simple changes, I can use up that leftover turkey. First, I would mince some celery and add it at the same time with the onion. I wouldn't even worry about the bouillon cube. Just forget it. There is plenty of salt in the cheese. Maybe cut down on the cheese. I'm not going to, but Betty might. I do a lot of vegetarian cooking using great recipes that call for meat. I just don't add the meat. I know this is going to be good and this time I will be adding the meat. It is, after all, Turkey Tetrazzini.

This recipe contains both a bullion cube and celery salt, which makes it way too high in sodium.
