  1. 1 cup cooked rice
  2. 1/3 cup shredded carrot
  3. 1/4 cup diced celery
  4. 1/4 cup diced green pepper
  5. 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimientos, drained
  6. 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  7. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  8. 2 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
  9. 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  10. Salt and pepper, to taste
