  2. 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
  3. 1 cup halved ripe olives
  4. 6 ounces mozzarella cheese, cut into thin strips
  5. 4 ounces salami, cut into thin strips
  6. 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
  7. 4 green onions, sliced
  8. 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  9. 3 tablespoons cider or red wine vinegar
  10. 1 teaspoon salt
  11. 1 teaspoon dried basil
  12. 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  13. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Cooking Directions
