Really good, and fairly easy!
amandabred@sbcglobal.net - February 19, 2008 09:27:22 PM PSTI thought it was really good. I also added some of my own variations. Instead of tortilla chips I used Wheat thins honey flavored, and I used a pre made store bought Mango salsa mix with a little Mango habanero chipotle sauce. But I did have to cook the chicken at a higher temperature and for longer than they suggested. Great overall!
