  1. 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
  2. 2 cups quick-cooking oats
  3. 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  6. 1 1/2 cups cold butter or margarine
  7. 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
  8. 1 cup chopped pecans
  9. 1 (12 ounce) jar caramel ice cream topping

Cooking Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine 2 cups flour, oats, brown sugar, baking soda and salt. Cut in butter until crumbly. Set half aside for topping. Press the remaining crumb mixture into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with the chocolate chips and pecans.
  2. Whisk caramel topping and remaining flour until smooth; drizzle over top. Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack for 2 hours before cutting.

Yield: 54 servings

    i loved it. it tasted soo good lol. and its really easy to make. but could you use anything else other than pecans?

    How do you cut this to get 54 servings out of it?? I don't think it will make this many servings
