'The flavor of tuna is very subtle in this thick and creamy spread,' relates field editor Dorothy Anderson of Ottawa, Kansas. 'It's terrific on crackers or carrot and celery sticks, stuffed in a tomato or used for a sandwich.'
This is a good recipe, but it's one of those that really does depend on the quality of each ingeriedient in order to shine. Fresh lemon juice, good tuna (I like it with Tuna fillet packed in olive oil best) and fresh curry powder make all the difference.
