  1. 1 cup packed brown sugar
  2. 1/2 cup water
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 2 whole cloves
  5. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

2. Cooking Directions

  1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, water, cinnamon and cloves. Bring to a boil; cook for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat; discard cloves. Stir in walnuts. Cool. Serve over ice cream, pancakes or waffles. Store in the refrigerator.
