This is to the people who wrote about it having 70 grams of fat... If you took some freaking time to think maybe you would have realized it was a mistake. Clearly the nutrition facts were not per serving, there were also 1800 or so calaries, 200 grams of carbohydrates, and 80 grams of protein. If you broke that down to 6 servings you would have 11 grams of fat, 300 calories, 33 carbohydrates, and 13 grams of protein. Now, 11 grams of fat is a little high, but not extreme. Actually, its a ratio of 27 calories per gram of fat which isnt bad considering the diet that is usually the base for percentage daily values is about 30 calories per gram of fat. Next time have SOME GOD DAM COMMON SENSE!!!!!!
As Michael Scott would say GodDDD DaaammMMMnnn YOOOOUOOUUUOUUUU!!!!!!!!!!

Two things going against this recipe. First, they say preparation time is over two hours. In that amount of time I could fly from Atlanta to Dallas!!! Why would anyone spend two hours making a sandwich???? Second, you would be better off sharing a Blooming Onion than eat this thing, if you care about your health at all.

People think. Those are the calories for 6 servings. Besides not all fat is bad. Extra Virgin Olive Oil actually has good fat and cholesterol in it. Like the one found in fish like Salmon and Tuna (not farm raised). Please read up about it first before making such an uneducated opinion about it. Rachel Ray gave us a tasty and healthy recipie. Of what should she be ashamed that the people reading her recipies don't have common sense?

I think that Rachael Ray would have a better proof reader on her staff - really - a single serving that includes two six oz cans of tuna and all the other stuff too???!!!
Why would anyone write "Extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)" every time the item is used? She says this on her Foodnetwork show all the time. If she wants to say E-V-O-O, she only needs to explain what the letters mean once, then say extra-virgin olive oil or say E-V-O-O but not both every time.
If this tic is an incite into her personality, I can understand why her husband left her!
Personally I would rather listen to fingernails on a chalkboard than to listen to R-R (Rachael Ray) LOL!
