  2. 1 ripe Hass avocado - halved, peeled and pit removed
  3. 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
  4. 4 garlic cloves, peeled
  5. 2 small shallots, peeled
  6. 2 teaspoons kosher salt
  7. 1/2 cup canola oil
  8. 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

Cooking Directions

  1. In a blender, puree the cilantro, avocado, lemon juice, garlic, shallots and salt until smooth. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the canola oil and olive oil until combined.

    Delicious but a little heavy on the cilantro. I think half would be better
