This is an incredibly awesome dessert!. Everyone wants to know how to make these very easy treats. The filling is very creamy and smooth. The only thing I have changed is too slightly reduce the filling and only use 1 package of granola topping.

Simple and delicious! I just loved these little guys. Unfortunately they were gone in less than a day and I didn\'t have the ingredients to make more....but I\'m making them again tonight!
Like another review said, I had leftover filling (both chocolate and vanilla). Tonight I plan on reducing the amount of filling I make.
Other than that, these cookies are spectacular!

I\'ve made these at least 9 times by now in the last year--my favorite cookie recipe yet. To counteract some of the problems other reviewers have had: If you find it too sweet, use bittersweet chocolate instead or cut the vanilla chips to 3/4th cup and use less peanut butter. To get it out of the pan easier, make sure you\'ve greased the pan enough beforehand, and then let the cookies cool for 5-10 minutes after you\'ve pressed them in. Then, twist them (clockwise or counterclockwise) and slowly lift them up by the "lip". Let these completely cool and then fill with the peanut butter mixtures. Don\'t know what to do with the leftover PB mixture? Put them in a plastic bag, cut off a tip, and draw on the top of the cookie. Make a marble design, do a checkerboard, or let kids draw shapes.
Also, it\'s not necessary to refrigerate these--I never have, due to lack of space, but there\'s absolutely nothing wrong with them sitting out to cool instead of inside a fridge.

I loved this. It is so good I think that if you haven\'t tried it yet then you are missing out on a lot. This is a must try. So try it because there is nothing to loose but your hunger.

These are very rich but very yummy! I\'m making them for my club\'s cooking contest. Shhh...don\'t tell them I got the recipe here! My only complaint is that the are hard to get out of the pan.

Im going to try this recipe and see if my boyfriend like it. He likes chocolate but he mostly love peanut butter. thank you forthe recipe. will most definitely this weekend and give to my sweetheart and see what he said.
