Mediterranean flavors burst through layers of pastry in these pretty pinwheels. Submitted by Frances Beninate of Gretna, LA for Bake-Off Contest 39, 2000.
I read all of your reviews in fear of carbs. So, I decided to make them anyway, eat them all myself and chase them with a full bottle of red. When I\'m done, I won\'t remember all the carb nonsense, won\'t remember if they were good or not and I\'ll have a great post for Al-Anon. Cheers!

These were tasty and good. I wouldn\'t eat a bunch for a full meal but in moderatioon what a fine addition to dinner. Fast and easy with that gourmet flavor and style.

The nutritional information is per serving. There are 20 servings in the recipe, so the 4 carbs are per every crescent pinwheel.
