  • Yummylicious

    Jamie B - April 9, 2008 05:57:51 AM PST
I made this last night and both my husband and I loved it. So easy to make too. I used 2% cheese to make it a little healthier. Reduced fat cheese doesn\'t melt the same but it was still super yummy. My only suggestion would be to brown the dough a minute or two less then what the recipe calls for. When all was said and done, the crust was a little too done. Of course this could just be my oven too! Thumbs up!

  • This Pizza Rocks!

    Lucy F - January 7, 2008 01:53:14 PM PST
I made this pizza on a friday after work and it was sooooo easy! I fixed it without onions because they hurt my stomach and it was excellent! Low calorie already but you could cut back on the cheese if you\'d like to save on a few more calories. I reheated left overs for lunch the next day and it was great! Enjoy!

  • Great Recipe!

I am not a fan of peppers and onions so I used Spinach and it tasted great! This is super easy to make, my only suggestion is to cut the pieces of chicken very thin. Enjoy!

  • Loved It!

    dependablelila - April 17, 2008 05:40:09 PM PST
I used a Boboli ready made crust as I couldn\'t find the refrigerated pizza crust at my store. The chicken was 5 chicken tenderloins, cooked 3/4th of the way through then sliced up and returned to the pan for the final no pink cook. I spread a little of the salsa on the dough before topping with the chicken mix, salsa, and cheese. This recipe was easy and I usually have the ingredients on hand so I could make it for unexpected guests or a quick snack.!!!!

  • Everyone loved it!

    mhp_mah - April 15, 2008 04:11:03 PM PST
This recipe was great! I added fresh, sliced mushrooms to the green peppers and onions. Served with sour cream (a dollop on the slice was really tasty). I only pre-cooked the crust ~ 5 minutes and when I returned to oven, turned temp down to 400 degrees, and kept watch to ensure crust did not get too brown. Quick

  • Delicious! (but might be better with homemade crust)

    Naomi - May 23, 2008 07:42:08 PM PST
I made this tonight for my picky seven-year old. Success! She likes it! I thought it was good, but the crust was a little too sweet for my taste (sorry Pillsbury). I will make this again, but with my own crust with less sugar. A bread machine will eliminate the kneading and rising timing.

Just watch how long you have it in the oven. If you follow the time on the recipe it may burn.

  • Awesome!

    jewels621 - June 2, 2008 01:03:07 PM PST
I loved it - made it for my boyfriend and one of his friends. spicy stuff always goes over well and the red peppers added just a touch of sweetness. I used pepperjack cheese to up the spice factor. it\'s really filling, too!

  • A little twist.

    Michelle N - July 15, 2008 02:54:34 PM PST
Great recipe but I made mine with the salsa on and one with it on the side, The one without didn\'t get soggy. So next time I will make it without the salsa and just serve it on the side with sour cream.
