Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Crust goes panini when it combines with ever-popular chicken breasts. Submitted by Denise JoAnne Yennie of Nashville, TN for Bake-Off Contest 40, 2002.
This is a good sandwich for company. You can precook the pizza bread and preprep the chicken and onion. I grilled the sandwiches once they were complete. it was a nice touch.

I saw this in the paper and have been wanting to try it for my "sandwich Saturday" meal. It took over an hour to prepare. I'm not the slowest cook in the world, but I would not call this ":quick". The flavors were very good. Also, having never made panini before, it was not a good idea to put in the recipe - "heat pan till hot" - as I burnt the first sandwich because the pan was too hot!! I know this is my fault, but I need better directions than what was stated in the recipe. If you want to feed 4 people with this have side dishes along with it (especially if you're feeding any hungry men!)

This is the most wondeful sandwich loved by all. I lost the recipe during a move and having been tearing up the house to find it. I am so glad it is still around and I am ready to fix it soon for guest.

Oh my gosh!! What bad thing could I possibly say about this...nothing that I can think off. Even my son that doesn't like spinach said it was good.
