Fried fish is the traditional filling of Baja tacos. They are simply garnished with shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, and sour cream.
try plain yogurt (not sweetened) mixed with cumin to taste rather than sour cream. Dont forget cilantro and lime to squeeze over the top.

I couldn\\'t get the batter to stick. I don\\'t think a 15 minute rest is enough for a beer batter, as much as I wish it would be.

I\'m not a huge fried food fan but figured I would give this a try anyway. Very easy to make, but, to be honest, they were just ok. To be really honest, if you have a place in your town that makes fish tacos, just stop in and pick them up there. Probably just as good, and your house won\'t end up smelling like cooking oil.
