Cooking Directions

  1. In a large saucepan, heat butter over high heat. Add the garlic and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Toss until the spinach has wilted but still bright green, about 5 minutes. Drain off any remaining liquid in the saucepan. Serve warm.
