2. Cooking Directions

  1. Combine juices, cilantro, tarragon, ancho chile, cayenne, and 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper in a bowl. Add chicken, cover, and refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
  2. Heat grill or broiler to medium high. Sprinkle chicken with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 3/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook 3 or 4 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Cover; set aside in a warm place.
  3. Using tongs, toast tortillas over a flame, quickly flipping them from side to side until lightly golden. Cut each chicken breast half into 5 slices. On bottom third of each tortilla, place 5 chicken slices, several strips of lettuce, and 3 tablespoons mango salsa. Roll up, and serve with remaining salsa and sour cream.

I know mexican food because i am a mexican. I grew up with authentic mexican food, and i now carry my roots traditional food receipes with me. First, mexican burritos do not have mango salsa, and grapefruit juice. Just go with a simple recipe. One flour tortilla, guacamole, refried beans, mexican rice, and a mexican cheese. put itall together in one tortilla and deep fry it. then top it with sour cream and more cheese with hot salsa.

There\'s no way there could be 17 grams of fat in a single serving of this recipe! And - even though it says 6 servings, they should still provide an estimate of the serving size. I want to know how much I will be serving my family and guests before I make the whole dish and then divide it into 6 portions.
