Excellent, This is what to have for.

I love BBQ Turkeys. I think thats the way they were cooked 300-400 years ago. I also feel if you use some good hardwood along with your charcoal it adds great flavor. I Smoke/BBQ Turkeys for my whole Block, I have to because everyone wants to come to my house for Dinner.

This sounds smashing, but we have way more than 12 guests coming over. If I do everything with a 24-lb. turkey, I can figure out how to double the recipe, but how long should it grill for? Any help in the next couple days would be tastefully appreciated!
