    is that correct? i'm all about a quality meal, but for most people that's almost a FULL DAY'S worth of food....in one serving! is this before or after the oil typo was corrected??

    That 2 cups of oil must be where they got 142 grams of fat, right? I sure hope that's a typo!!!

    Someone probably did a typo. I think they meant 2 Tablespoons. I'm sure someone in cyber space that wrote it will correct it. I intend to use proscuitto in place of the ham and shallots instead of leeks.
