This eggnog's rich, cloudlike texture is produced by separating the eggs and beating the whites before adding them to the milk mixture. The eggnog base can be made one day in advance; just beat in the stiff egg whites and whipped cream just before serving.
According to the video instructions, it should be 12 eggs.

This receipe calls for 6 eggs. The original receipe is from Chef Henry Waller of the White House, several Presidents ago. Maybe Kennedy. The original had 1 cup of bourban 1/2 cup of Rum and 1/2 cup of brandy. If you put 3 cups of bourban no one will be able to stand after 1 cup!!

Wait till egg hatches, do a couple shots and continue this process till you have 12 eggs. Lol
