This favorite dip is a 'party-do' because we have lowered the fat while keeping all of the rich flavor!

Size-Wise

Since this warm indulgent dip serves 16, it makes a great dip to serve at a party!

  • High schoolers flocked to get this!

Our 16-year-old daughter needed something to take for a class party, and I decided to be brave and send a spinach dip. She has had this before and loves it, While it was baking, the 13-year-old asked if she could have a bit. Surely there would be leftovers, I thought. Wrong! Our daughter brought home a dish that had been scraped clean. She said folks were a bit hesitant at first; after all, it\'s spinach! But once a young man tried it and said he loved it, it was da bomb! For a more mature crowd, I think the possibility of adding some chopped onions and maybe some diced water chestnuts would give it a little more pizazz. But I normally have the original ingredients on hand, so it\'s definitely a keeper. One girl even asked for the recipe. And the 13-year-old has made me promise to make another batch.

I love this recipe and I add artichokes to it and it tastes just like Chili\\'s version of spinach artichoke dip and I serve it with crackers, fresh veges cut up for dipping and whole wheat pita crackers....Yummy, yummy, yummy!
