Meat loaf is especially delicious with a quick topping of ketchup and cheese.
Jazz It Up
Serve with hot cooked MINUTE Rice and steamed broccoli.
I thought this was a great idea, along with the rice and vegetable.

I agree I hate the picture, but I gave the recipe a try. It was basically a huge cheeseburger. From the billions of dollars being made selling cheeseburgers, I\'d say I\'m not alone in enjoying this taste.
It\'s a Kraft recipe, so expect them to suggest their own products. I used a 93% fat free ground beef, whole wheat saltine crackers, a French dijon mustard, and of course the ketchup I had on hand topped off with Colby cheese. Next time I\'d like to add some onions and maybe a little chopped dill pickle. You can make this as healthy or as fat full as you wish. It\'s simple enough to substitute low fat cheese and low carb .ketchup. I already substituted healthier meat and crackers. As far as the sides, I did jasmine rice and a mixture of Birds Eye Steamfresh Vegetables. With forty minutes in the oven, there\'s no need for a quick rice as a side. If you\'re a fries kind of a person, go for fries and maybe cole slaw with it.
Easy and basic is not evil. Every night doesn\'t have to be a Beef Wellington night.

I agree with the other reviewer that said this looks like dog food
and the topping also looks fake - or just plain gross!
I like meatloaf but this one is a turn off big time. It so needs
jazzing up to begin to make it even look like something I would
want to try.
Sorry for the rough review but I had to be truthful.

This was a hit at my house. I changed the recipe a bit. I didn\'t use the ketchup, and used wostershire sauce instead. Next time I wll also add horse radish and finely chopped red onion. I will make this again and again.

This picture looks like a can of dogfood with something icky and yellow on it. Find a little colorful platter, put that loaf on it, arrange a few baked potatoes around it and place parsley strategically. If there is no real parsley, potatoes or platters, go to the Yahoo Cyber Cupboard and find some help there. We eat with our eyes! and my eyes said no thanks.
