This was very good. The taste was great. It had a creamy texture to it. Our kids even asked for seconds!!

Great with Cheese on Top

My family loved this meal. By adding pre-marinated (Garlic & Herb) boneless chicken from Costco, I was able to incorporate even more Italian flavors. We even added a bit of cheese to the top, which the boys loved. Others used a bit of the ranch dressing from their salad and mixed it w/this meal.

Made it to recipe one time, and was pretty good. The next time, I sauteed baby portobellos, peppers, rosemary and onions in garlic butter and deglazed the pan with marsala wine. It was excellent. Also, you can ditch the stuffing and have a more traditional cacciatore, but you\\'ll want to add orgegano, basil, and maybe a bit of sage, since the spices in this dish come from the stuffing.

this dish was excellent...my husband is very picky and he even loved it...he said, "honey, you hit a home-run with this one"...the prep time was maybe a little longer than 10 mins....and i cooked the dish for 40 mins at 350 degrees....i will definately cook this again...and very soon!

Hello, im not really that good at cooking, just started. For this recipe.. is it 1 2/3 cups of water, or 2/3 cups of water?
