I made this last night for my grandmother and myself and they turned out great. They taste very good. All of the flavors are balanced out, you don\\'t have to worry about one ingrediant being over powering of the others. It also doesn\\'t leave me with a heavy feeling, like a lot of desserts tend to do. I\\'m in school to be a pastry chef and this is something I wish they would have taught us in the beginning classes. It\\'s very easy to make and even better to eat, and best of all there isn\\'t to much of a clean-up either. *^^*
