  • Big hit with the grandkids!

My youngest granddaughter just loves chicken nuggets but when I made this recipe for her she told my daughter that they have to come to my house for take-out.
For those watching calories (like me) use sweet potatoes. It's so very good and a lot less calories and you get more vitamins with the sweet potatoes. Just fix the sweet potatoes the same way you would with a regular potato. Also, I found it much more convenient to use skinless, boneless chicken strips. I buy a big bag when the grocery store has buy one get one free!
I just love this recipe and all the other ones too! This is the best place on the internet to get any recipe you're looking!!!

omit the SHAKE 'N BAKE and make your own coating and this will be a much healthier dinner. Easy doesn't have to be unhealthy

  • make it healthier

use Cork Flake Crumbs instead of shake and bake - you can also mix in chopped walnuts - parmesean cheese - spices - anything else you can think of to kick it up a notch.
