Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package. Combine Miracle Whip and mustard in small bowl; set aside.
  2. Arrange chops in 13x9-inch baking dish; brush with half of the mustard mixture. Turn chops over; brush with remaining mustard mixture. Top chops with stuffing; cover dish with foil. Bake 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, place beans on large sheet of foil; drizzle with Italian dressing. Fold foil over and seal edges to form packet. Uncover chops; place bean packet in oven. Bake an additional 20 min. or until chops are cooked through (160 degrees F) and beans are heated through. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

Captain Obvious says. "If you don\'t like the stuffing, then don\'t EAT it." (Duh!)

  • sounds easy

I think people constantly miss the point of these recipes. They\'re examples of quick and easy recipes that use things that are likely to be in your fridge and pantry, not to sell at a 4-star. This sounds easy and different and potentially pretty good.

  • Very Good

i used boneless pork chops and i also found out i didnt have any miracle whip so what i did is mixed the mustard with mayo and a little bit of sugar. i also did not use the green beans, i just heated a can of corn as a side dish.(thats what i had in the house)

I have to be honest, i dont cook very often but when i do, i am very hard on myself . With that said, i was surprised to find that this was actually very good.... my husband even loved it! he even said the left overs were great too.

  • Response to calories

dmcneill717 If you notice the recipie call for 1 6 ounce of stuffing if you divide that by 6 pork chops that is 1 ounce of stuffing per pork chop. I doubt 1 ounce of stuffing is going to be 150 calories.

  • Good and quick but spicy

    Herding C - October 15, 2009 05:51:53 PM PST
The Dijon mustard makes it quite spicy. I added 1 or 2 Tablespoons of brown sugar to tame it. You could also use honey.

    Otherwise, a good quick meal.

Didn\\'t make the beans, will try that next time.
