I decided to make this for dinner tonight, just got done with it and liked it, added more zesty Italian than recommended and used whole-grain Club crackers...will most definitely prepare again.

For our BDay potlucks, I like to print out a card to show friends what they\\\'re eating...for this one good thing for my mothers PRINTER! Passed this recipe out to myAunties and friends! Bomb-diggity!

I made this dish to go with our prime rib for Easter dinner. It was great. I did it a little differently by putting the stuffing on top of the shrimp instead of inside because I was having trouble getting it to stay in. I also added a small amount of shredded cheese to the top. I used Muenster cheese. This is a great impressive receipe and I will be making alot more! So easy!

Im not much of a cook at all. I have never cooked for my girlfreind especially because she\'s very picky and she always has dinner waiting for me so when I surprised her and made this recipe I knocked her socks off ans scored lots of points. She loved it and now wants me to make it more often.
