3. Still Hungry?

When you tell guests you're serving scalloped potatoes, you'll have a happy bunch at your table. But when you serve THESE scalloped potatoes, they just may not ever leave (at least until you give them the recipe!)

Notes:

Serving Suggestion

Balance this creamy, indulgent side dish by serving it alongside lean meat or fish and a steamed green vegetable.

Substitute

Substitute OSCAR MAYER Smoked Turkey for the ham and 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables for the peas.

  • Loved this-so easy

This is a special dish to make for a holiday or a gathering where everyone will rave about it. Wonderful for carry in dinners as it travels well also. Much easier than the traditional layering of the potatoes, I just thick sliced the potatoes, and blended the liquid ingredients, stirred them together and dumped in a dish. SO EASY

  • Incorrect caloric value

While this recipe looks absolutely delicious, the caloric count is misleading. I calculate it to be more like 210 calories per serving. I didn\'t bother to calculate the other values, but by extrapolating they\'re bound to be wrong too.
Perhaps non-fat cream cheese, sour cream and cheese were used, but that should have been specified. That would also make the recipe healthy but disgusting.
