  • Quick and delicious!

It was delicious even my husband loved it, and he\'s very hard to please when it comes to new recipes. i did substitute the rice with brown rice because I like it better than white rice and instead of using 1/2 cup of broth I used ONE cup (just to make sure that the rice fully cooked. I also used ONE more teaspoon of the dressing because I figured that I used more broth that way it would have that dressing flavor. It was very good!

This was good - not amazing - but my husband said he\\'d eat it again. Chops could have used some seasoning first while browning they were a tad bit bland but that\\'s easily fixed.

  • I used chicken instead

I followed the recipe fairly closely, though not exact. First of all I used boneless chicken breasts cut into large pieces. I replaced one can of the pineapple chunks with a can of crushed pineapple. I also added powdered cayenne pepper, a little more rice and a little more chicken broth. If it\\'s too bland for you just keep adding ingredients until it suits you. In the end mine turned out yummy. I will definitely make it again.

  • Quick, easy and delicious

This was a very quick, easy meal. I added a cut up apple to this mixture after the rice was cooking. The sweet tang taste along with the pineapple enhanced this dish even more. I will try adding Mandarin oranges the next time I prepare this dis.
