Shake up everyday pork chops with this moist and tender Hawaiian-flavored dish.
Substitute
Substitute 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.) for the pork chops. Prepare as directed, increasing browning time to 5 to 6 min. on each side.
It was delicious even my husband loved it, and he's very hard to please when it comes to new recipes. i did substitute the rice with brown rice because I like it better than white rice and instead of using 1/2 cup of broth I used ONE cup (just to make sure that the rice fully cooked. I also used ONE more teaspoon of the dressing because I figured that I used more broth that way it would have that dressing flavor. It was very good!
