Spaghetti with Zesty Bolognese

1. Ingredients

  1. 1 small onion, chopped
  2. 1/4 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
  3. 1 pound extra lean ground beef
  4. 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
  5. 1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained
  6. 2 tablespoons PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
  7. 12 ounces spaghetti, uncooked
  8. 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Cook onions in dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Increase heat to medium-high. Add meat; cook, stirring frequently, until browned. Stir in tomato sauce and tomatoes. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 15 min. Remove from heat. Stir in cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Meanwhile, cook pasta as directed on package.
  3. Spoon sauce over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Yield: 6 servings

    I love spagnetti but this stood out the most to me the taste was like a ticking time bomb waiting to blow into yummy goodness. But what I disliked was the calories I was on a diet but I would not reccomend alot for one person.

    I added sliced mushrooms, some italian seasonings and garlic powder. My stepson who is pretty picky said this was the best spaghetti he\\\'d ever had!
