Ingredients

  1. 6 eggs, beaten
  2. 6 TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Flour Tortillas
  3. 1 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Cheese
  4. 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Pour eggs into nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray. Cook on medium heat 5 min. or until set, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
  2. Place 2 tortillas, overlapping, on bottom of 9-inch pie plate. Top with 1/2 of the eggs and 1/3 each of the cheese and tomato. Repeat layers once. Top with remaining cheese and tomato slices.
  3. Bake 10 min. or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Yield: 4 servings

Layers of tortilla, scrambled eggs, cheese and tomatoes make for a fun, but ultra-quick weeknight dish.

Notes:

Jazz It Up

Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro. Serve with TACO BELL HOME ORIGINALS Salsa.

Serve this dish with a fresh fruit salad.

    quite easy and simple recipe, yet amazing. i made it myself ( i know very little about cooking), and surprisingly, it was delicious.

    i think its a nice breakfast, specially for those who dont like to spend times in the kitchen, or simply busy.
