1. Ingredients

  1. 1/2 pound fettuccine, uncooked
  2. 1 cup frozen peas
  3. 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Light Cream Cheese Spread
  4. 1/4 cup KRAFT Light Classic Caesar Reduced Fat Dressing
  5. 1 tablespoon flour
  6. 1 cup fat free milk
  7. 1 (6 ounce) package OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, cut into short strips
  8. 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  9. 3 tablespoons KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package, adding peas to the cooking water for the last 3 min. of the pasta cooking time.
  2. Meanwhile, beat cream cheese spread, dressing and flour in small saucepan with wire whisk until well blended. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture is well blended. Add ham; cook on medium-low heat 5 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Drain fettuccine mixture; return to saucepan. Add sauce mixture; mix lightly. Cook an additional 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
  3. Top with parsley; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Yield: 4 servings

3. Still Hungry?

Light cream cheese and Caesar dressing combine in an easy, creamy flavorful sauce in this low-fat version of the classic.

Notes:

Cooking Know-How

Use a large pot of water to cook pasta so it has room to move and won't stick together while cooking.

Serving Suggestion

Serve this entree with a crisp mixed green salad topped with your favorite KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Reduced Fat Dressing.
