  1. 2 cups water
  2. 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  3. 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Savory Herbs Stuffing Mix
  4. 1 egg, lightly beaten
  5. 3/4 cup KRAFT Mexican Style Shredded Four Cheese

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Bring water and margarine to boil in large saucepan. Stir in stuffing mix; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  2. Stir egg and 1/2 cup of the cheese into stuffing mixture until blended. Spoon into greased 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until lightly brown and cheese on top is melted.

Yield: 8 servings

Special Extra

For a more rounded side dish, stir 1/2 cup cooked broccoli florets or chopped cooked mixed vegetables into stuffing mixture before spooning into pie plate.

Great Substitute

Prepare as directed, using KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Reduced Fat Four Cheese Mexican Style Cheese.
