1. Ingredients

  1. 4 eggs
  2. 2 cups milk
  3. 1 teaspoon GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  4. 3 cups cubed French bread
  5. 1 (8 ounce) package KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  6. 1 cup chopped mushrooms
  7. 1 cup chopped red peppers
  8. 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  9. 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  10. 1/4 cup chopped OSCAR MAYER Ham, any variety

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Beat eggs, milk and mustard in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix well.
  2. Pour into lightly greased 12x8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Uncover baking dish. Bake 45 to 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Yield: 8 servings

Add 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained, to the egg mixture before pouring into baking dish.
