1. Ingredients

  1. 1 (4 ounce) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  2. 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
  3. 2 tablespoons DI GIORNO Basil Pesto Sauce
  4. 2 tablespoons chopped roasted red peppers
  5. 1 egg, beaten

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Unroll dough on lightly greased baking sheet; press seams together to form 12x4-inch rectangle.
  2. Using sharp knife, cut brick of cream cheese in half horizontally; place one half on top of one half of the dough. Top with 1 Tbsp. pesto and red peppers. Place other half of cream cheese brick on top. Top with remaining pesto. Brush edges with egg. Bring dough over cream cheese to completely enclose cream cheese; press edges together to seal. Brush with egg.
  3. Bake 15 to 18 min. or until lightly browned. Cool 10 min. Serve with RITZ Crackers and fresh vegetables.

Yield: 12 servings

3. Still Hungry?

Baked brie lovers will appreciate this simple alternative which is so easy to make but just as creamy and special.

Notes:

Healthy Living

For a reduced fat version, use reduced fat refrigerated crescent dinner rolls and PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese and save 20 calories per serving, too.

Make Ahead

Make several hours ahead and store in refrigerator. Bake when needed.

I\\'ve made a recipe very similar to this for years. You can put nuts on the outside and drizzle it with honey, or do the outside like garlic bread. Some different ideas!!!
