Ingredients

  1. 4 (6 ounce) bone-in pork chops, 3/4-thick each
  2. 1 teaspoon oil
  3. 1/4 cup KRAFT Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing, divided
  4. 1 small onion, sliced
  5. 1 clove garlic, minced
  6. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
  7. 1 (15.25 ounce) can pear halves, undrained

Cooking Directions

  1. Brown chops in oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 3 min. on each side. Remove from skillet; set aside.
  2. Add 2 Tbsp. of the dressing, onion, garlic and rosemary to skillet. Cook 3 min.
  3. Return chops to skillet. Add pears with juice and remaining 2 Tbsp. dressing. Simmer on medium heat 10 min. or until chops are cooked through. Arrange chops on platter; spoon sauce over chops.

Yield: 4 servings

    I always wanted to try a pork chop dish but quite honestly- never really knew a good way to prepare them.. This looks like something I would really enjoy. Thanks for the recipe- and for those ever entertaining reviews from people who critize a company but yet they are the ones looking at the recipes that company provides.. haha. Silly people.
