1. Ingredients

  1. 1 (8 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  2. 1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  3. 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  4. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  5. 3/4 cup chopped red peppers
  6. 1 (3.5 ounce) package ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
  7. 1 tablespoon sliced pitted ripe olives
  8. PITA THINS Toasted Chips Original

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix Neufchatel cheese, artichokes, Parmesan cheese and garlic until well blended.
  2. Spread into 3-cup ovenproof serving dish; top with peppers and feta cheese.
  3. Bake 20 minutes; top with olives. Serve with the chips.

Yield: 24 servings
