  1. 1 (6 ounce) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
  2. 1 1/2 cups water
  3. 40 medium mushrooms, cleaned
  4. 2 tablespoons butter
  5. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  6. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  7. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
  8. 1 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix stuffing mix and hot water in large bowl; set aside. Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chopped stems and the garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add to prepared stuffing along with the spinach and cheeses; mix well.
  2. Spoon evenly into mushroom caps. Place, filled-sides up, in shallow baking pan.
  3. Bake 20 min. or until mushrooms are tender and filling is heated through.

Yield: 40 servings

    I\'m a terrible cook, but I wanted to see if I could pull off making stuffed mushrooms. they always sounded fantastic. I found this recipe, and it was easy to follow. It took a little time to get everything chopped and ready. But the result was worth it! :)

    I made this for a party - without trying them, something that is quite risky - but it didn\'t matter, they were a great hit!!! We\'re the first to go. I made them again for a Thanksgiving appetizer and added shrimp - fantastic. This is definately one of my favorites!!!

    These were excellent!!! Made these on Christmas Eve and the only complaint I got was that I didn\'t make enough! Will definitely keep this recipe! Probably will do again for Super Bowl party.
