1. Ingredients

  1. 3 pounds new potatoes, cut into 1-inch cubes
  2. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  3. 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  4. 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
  5. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  6. 1/4 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  7. 1/4 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
  8. 2 teaspoons GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 10 to 12 min. or until fork tender. Drain.
  2. Toss potatoes, onion, tomatoes, bacon bits and basil in large bowl.
  3. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour over potato mixture; toss lightly. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Yield: 12 servings

Notes:

Warm New Potato Summer Salad

This salad can be served warm. Just heat bacon bits in microwave for a few sec. and toss with warm, just cooked potatoes and remaining ingredients.
