  1. 3/4 cup BULL'S-EYE Sweet Homestyle Blend
  2. 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
  3. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  4. 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  5. 4 (4 ounce) bone-in or boneless pork chops, 1/2 inch thick

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat grill to medium heat. Mix barbecue sauce, pineapple with its liquid, the cinnamon and dry mustard until well blended. Remove 1/2 cup of the barbecue sauce mixture; set aside for later use.
  2. Grill chops 5 min. on each side. Continue grilling 5 min. or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally and brushing with the remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
  3. Serve with the reserved 1/2 cup barbecue sauce mixture.

Yield: 4 servings

Notes:

Jazz It Up

Serve with grilled canned pineapple rings. To prepare, drain the pineapple rings, reserving the liquid and mixing it with the barbecue sauce mixture, if desired. Grill the pineapple rings with the chops for 2 min. on each side or until heated through.

Substitute

Prepare as directed, using BULL'S-EYE Barbecue Sauce Sizzlin' Chipotle.

    Your recipe does not say when or if the sauce should be put on the meat. Before, during, or after grilling. I assume that it does go on as a marinade. I am about to try it, hope it works!
