  • Tasty and easy...you can

36 servings? This is so good it barely served 7 people! I\'m glad I tasted it before my guests arrived because there wasn\'t much left by the time I was where I could get a plate.

I made low fat substitutions where I could. No one would have ever guessed.

  • Save some for yourself!

Ever since I discovered this dish and tried it for a Fourth of July party, I have made it at least once a month. Whether as an appetizer for a party or as a Sunday afternoon snack while the boys watch the game, you CANNOT lose with this one. I keep the ingredients on hand because it\'s so easy to whip up when unexpected company arrives, not to mention it\'s so good people can\'t believe it\'s something you just threw together! This blows your average spinache artichoke dip away!
