1. Ingredients

  1. 4 1/2 pounds red potatoes, cut into 1/4 inch slices
  2. 1 (16 ounce) package BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN FREE Fat Free Sour Cream
  3. 3/4 pound VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk Reduced Fat Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut up
  4. 8 ounces OSCAR MAYER Smoked Ham, chopped
  5. 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  6. 1/4 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray. Place potatoes in large saucepan; cover with water. Bring to boil on high heat. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 to 12 min. or just until potatoes are tender; drain. Remove 3/4 of the potatoes; place in large bowl. Add sour cream; mash with potato masher until smooth. Add VELVEETA Made With 2% Milk, ham and onions; mix lightly. Add remaining potato slices; stir gently.
  2. Spoon into prepared baking dish; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake 30 min. or until heated through.

Yield: 16 servings
