This was a great and easy dinner to fix. The flavors are great and the texture excellent. Because I have 3 teenager in our household I added a side dich of white rice with green peas who provided a great addition for my three young big eaters boys. The rice was seassoned with fresh garlic fried in olive oil. My family loved it!

Fixed this dinner for the family, there wasn't anything left when they got through. Super tasting and for the novice chef a great meal to prepare and present. Just do it!
