  • This is not the way you do it!

You need to crack the egg into a microwavable coffee mug and then nuke it for 30 seconds. Then you must put the english muffin into the toaster. When your egg is done in the microwave then you can nuke the bacon for about 20 seconds. Then you can put it all together and it will taste very yummy. I can't imagine cracking an egg onto an english muffin because you have to worry about it running everywhere and it will be very messy. You also have to worry about the samonella issue. You want your eggs cooked very well done and this is the way that it should be done. I've tried it before and it's very good done this way and it's also very fast.

And you Wonder why America is FAT cheese on top of bacon.
Sure it taste good but it's a killer when you look at how much fat is in it. Why not try toasted a whole wheat bagel with a tomatoe and some lettuce on top of the egg.

Just be sure to use "Cheese" and not "Processed Cheese Food" and this will be a healthy start to your day.

The eggs is like a rubbery slime and the bread or muffin is very moist and not toasted.
Try the toaster from Back to Basics Products. It actually toasts the muffin or bread while it cooks the egg and the meat ( sausage, ham or bacon) with direct heat and leaves everything perfect.
