Make Ahead
Batter can be made a day ahead. Pour into prepared custard cups. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate. Bake as directed.
So easy and so wonderful. I made batter a day ahead and it was so quick to pop into the oven and present with vanilla whipped cream. Everyone loved it. I will make again and again.

these cakes are amazing, taste sooo good. Thecarmel is a good idea, I suggest a rasberry glaze with a small scoop of vanilla icecream.

I serve this after many of the meals that we host. My husband is addicted to it. Add some caramel over the entire thing to add quite a nice spark. Happy holidays to all.
Also, to the guy whose cousin died, I am so confused. If his car blew up, wouldn\'t it be obvious that that\'s what killed him? Sorry if I\'m missing something and my prayers go out to you and your family.

I love these cakes! I\'ll add a little cayenne sometimes. It really makes the chocolate intense. I\'m going to try it with some dark chocolate at New Year\'s.
To the person\'s who\'s cousin died from eating chocolate. It\'s sad. Sometimes we become allergic to foods we\'ve always eaten. I have a friend who can\'t eat shellfish anymore. He lives down in Charleston, SC right on the water and it drives him crazy that he can\'t eat shrimp and grits and grilled scallops.
