  2. 1 (4 ounce) package PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese, softened
  3. 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  4. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  5. 1 medium red pepper, chopped
  6. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  7. 1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, drained
  8. WHEAT THINS Snack Crackers

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese; cover and refrigerate for later use. Mix all remaining ingredients except crackers until well blended.
  2. Spread into 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Bake 20 minutes or until dip is heated through and top is lightly browned. Sprinkle with reserved 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired. Serve with crackers.

Yield: 20 servings

Notes:

Make Ahead

Prepare dip as directed, but do not bake. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 days. When ready to serve, uncover and bake as directed, adding 5 minutes to the baking time or until heated through. Top with reserved 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, then serve as directed.

Serving Suggestion

Prepare spread as directed. Serve with WHEAT THINS Toasted Chips Multi-Grain. Makes 3 cups spread or 24 servings, 2 Tbsp. spread and 12 chips each.
