1. Ingredients

  1. 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  2. 1/4 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT! Ranch Reduced Fat Dressing
  3. 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
  4. 1/2 cup finely grated carrots
  5. 1/2 cup finely chopped yellow peppers
  6. WHEAT THINS Multi-Grain Snack Crackers

2. Cooking Directions

  1. Mix sour cream and dressing until well blended.
  2. Stir in spinach, carrots and peppers. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Serve as a dip with the crackers.

Yield: 18 servings
