2. Cooking Directions

  1. Place unwrapped block of cream cheese on microwavable plate; top with chili and Cheddar cheese.

    Replace the 8 oz. cream cheese block and replace with 16 oz. melted velveeta! you can keep cilantro if you want, but i'd remove it.
